How to make KFC POPCORN CHICKEN | KFC RESTAURANT STYLE POPCORN CHICKEN | SPICY CHICKEN POPCORN | RAMADAN RECIPE2020
Preparation Time : 40 to 45 minutes
Cooking Time : 10 - 15 minutes
Serves : 4 - 5
Ingredients:
STEP 1: MARINATION:
- 1 Egg beaten
- 2 table Spoons of Soy Sauce
- 1/2 tbs of White Vinegar
- 1 tbs of Italian Mix herbs
- 1 tbs of all purpose Flour
- 2 tbs of Corn Flour
- 1/2 teaspoon of Salt or to taste
- 1 tbs of Garlic Powder
- 1 tbs of Onion Powder
- 1/2 tsp of Black Pepper
- 1 tsp of red chill flakes or chili powder
- 500 grams of boneless chicken bite size
METHOD:
STEP 2: COATING:
- 2 Eggs beaten
- 1 cup of all purpose Flour
- 2 tbs of Corn Flour
- 1/2 teaspoon of Salt or to taste
- 1/2 tsp of Black Pepper
METHOD:
- Mix together all the dry ingredients.
- Now take marinated Chicken piece, first coat in beaten eggs, then flour mixture. Then, once again in eggs and flour mix mixture for the last time.
- Repeat the same process for every Chicken piece.
STEP 3: FRYING:
- Oil for frying
METHOD:
- In a wok, heat oil and fry all chicken pieces until golden brown.
