Sharing you the most easy, authentic and quick Chicken Boneless Karahi recipe to be easily prepared at home which is completely cooked in a Restaurant or Food Street Recipe. Chicken Karahi is a traditional tomato based curry mixed with ginger, garlic, pepper, cumin, green chilies and Yogurt. It is usually prepared with Chicken or Mutton. Preparation Time : 40 to 45 minutes 
Serves : 4 - 5

  • 400 grams of Boneless Chicken
    • Marinated with 1 tsp of Garlic Powder / Garlic Paste for half an hour 
  • 1 cup of whisked Yogurt
  • 1/4 tsp of Garam Masala
  • 1 tsp of Red Chili flakes
  • 1/4 tsp of Black Pepper
  • 1 tsp of Salt (or to taste)
  • 1/4 tsp of Turmeric Powder
  • 2 medium sized chopped Tomatoes
  • 1 tsp of Cumin seeds
  • 1 tsp of Coriander Powder
  • 1/3 cup of Oil
  • 1 tbsp of Butter
  • 1 tsp of Lemon Juice
  • 2 or 3 green chilies (chopped or Julienne cut)
  • Coriander Leaves (for Garnishing)
  • Ginger cut in Julienne Strips (for Garnishing)
  • In a bowl,wok add in chicken which was already marinated, add in Whisked Yogurt and cook on a medium flame.
  • Add in Garam Masala, Red Chili Flakes, Black Peeper, Salt and Turmeric Powder. Cook till water dries up.
  • Add in Tomatoes, Cumin Seeds, Coriander Powder and Oil.Saute for 4 to 5 minutes.
  • Add in Butter, Lemon Juice and Green Chilies. 
  • Cook till Oiil separates and Chicken takes a glossy appearance.
  • Garnish with coriander leaves and Ginger  Julienne Strips.   
  • Switch off the flame.
